The Total Wellness 30 Day Cleansing Program can be done at home. It works because it is simple, and doesn’t require expensive therapies, ingredients, or overnight stays at elaborate retreats. All it takes is a commitment to eating right. Here is what it looks like:

First, you must cut toxic foods out of your diet. This means no more caffeine, cereal, eggs, or bacon in the morning. Instead, before noon, you are going to take in only fresh fruits. For dressing, you can squeeze fresh lemon juice on, or mix lemon juice and cold pressed olive oil, and season it with salt and pepper.

Finally, at dinner time, your options are nearly wide open, you can eat steamed or gently cooked vegetables, lean chicken or meat, and any whole, non-glutenous grain. This meal will be filling and satisfying. You can even enjoy a small amount of red meat, as long as you don’t eat it every night.

This is a practical, sustainable 30 day plan for cleansing your entire body.

As long as you leave out sugars and processed foods, you will heal and feel better than ever. In fact, this plan is meant to be easy on you, and it is built on the idea that your daily habits mean more than occasional indulgences. That is why, even during the initial 30 day cleanse, you get a few cheat days, when you get to eat whatever you want (in moderation, of course.)
