This is only a partial list, and doesn’t account for all the many combinations. The idea is to work with foods that aren’t precooked, refined, processed, or preserved. You may have to cook more often, and you should certainly plan ahead. Remember, though, most foods from nature come ready to eat, like apples, oranges and most other fruits and vegetables.
Experiment a little, commit to eating well, and you should have no trouble sticking to a delicious detox menu.
As you remove toxic foods from your diet, your cravings for those foods will eventually go, too. You can begin to appreciate foods without added salts, sugars and spices. This means natural foods will begin to taste great again and your body will feel a whole lot better.
Eating natural gives you more energy, keeps you slim, and helps your immune system stay strong. While detoxing, natural foods provide the nutrients and healthy boost you need to flush toxins from your body and rebuild cells and tissues.
Use this menu as a guide and build on it as you go.
Soon, you will have a whole new set of favorite foods to get you through your detox and to sustain you every day. With this simple strategy, you can make health a way of life.
