Liver Cleansing Diet Menu
The following liver cleansing diet menu is a 5-day plan, but it doesn’t have to be followed exactly.
Take foods from each day and combine them for a custom menu. With these options, you should have plenty of possible meals and ideas to get you started on the 30-day cleanse. If you really aren’t feeling creative and don’t think you will get tired of it, you can just go through the five-day menu and then start over until you have reached your goal. The idea is to eat a variety of foods, while avoiding processed foods and providing healing nutrients to your whole body.
The portions in this liver cleansing diet menu can also be adjusted if you are a larger person or a smaller one.
Most men, for instance, may wish to double the portions. Bananas are the only food on the menu which must be eaten in moderation (about one per week.)
