I participated in the 30 days Total Wellness Cleanse program and have learned a lot.

It was a tough first day since I love my coffee and had caffeine withdrawal headaches the first day. But once I got thru that day I started feeling better every day.

I felt myself gaining more energy and feeling lighter and more spunk to my step. I lost 6 lbs. the first week, yet did not feel like I was depriving my body of food like so many other diets do.

I loved the options of eating other foods from the plan if I didn’t feel like eating what was slated for that day.

I also loved the cooking class videos and found them very helpful in following the recipes and learning the value of the foods in the recipes.

I always loved vegetables but never really tried too many new ones outside of my comfort zone in what I was used to eating. It was an eye opening experience to try out new vegetables and learn the variety of ways to incorporate them into my diet.

I now spend most of my time in the fruit and vegetable aisle of the grocery store and feel good about buying foods that I know are good for me.

I even got my husband to try a few of the recipes and he really liked the salads and dressing I made.

I look forward to sharing my recipes and knowledge I have gained from the program with my family, friends and coworkers.

I believe that anyone who is serious about getting their body healthy will appreciate this program and get the results they desire.

I just completed the 30-day Total Wellness Cleanse and the results have exceeded my expectations.

I lost 7 pounds, and am now at a very comfortable weight that I have been struggling to reach for almost 2 years – and this time I didn’t struggle at all!  I also lost an inch around my waist and hips and close to an inch around my thighs.

But more important, I am off caffeine (from 2 cups of coffee a day), drink red wine only once a week (instead of a glass every night), and have eliminated most of my sugar/snack cravings.

And best of all, I feel like this is an eating style I can maintain forever – more and more fresh veggies, a little fruit, a bit of grains/legumes, and a bit of fish or eggs.  Most of the recipes in the program are delicious and I will continue using them.

I am also enjoying the teleclass seminars, which are informative and inspiring.  Thank you for all the education and support.  Here’s to our health!
