How To Detox Your Body

Processed, greasy foods and fish are filled with these items. In order to reverse the side effects it is necessary to detoxify your body. The easiest way to detoxify your body is by sticking to a healthy diet and changing your eating habits.

The first step in detoxifying your body is to remove the old habits of eating foods that are processed or fatty and drinking sugar and caffeine filled beverages from you routine. There are many easy fixes to help your body crave good food instead of bad food. Utilize herbal teas and coffees in place of sodas and regular coffee. Fruits are naturally filled with good sugars. These good sugars help curb sweet tooth cravings as well as prevent your body from experiencing extreme sugar highs and lows.

Fruit is the first essential part of detoxifying your body. You can start by eating non-sweet fruit until noon each day during this 30 day cleanse program. Replace your regular baked potato with brown rice or pinto beans when eating steak. Enjoy a salad with dark leafy greens while eating grilled chicken. While detoxifying your body you should also avoid milk products, gluten products and alcohol. All of these contain proteins that wreak havoc on your digestive system.
